NDIS home modifications essentially involve making structural changes to the home of a participant. It entails changing the layout and fittings of the home to ensure that the home meets the functional needs of the individual. The objective of these modifications is to ensure that the person with impairments is able to stay safe at home and can move around freely, with as much independence as possible.
